Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns
You can return or exchange your watch within 30 days of delivery. It must be unworn and in the same condition you received it, with its original packaging and accessories.
How to start a return
- Email support@retriax.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return.
- Pack the item securely and send it with a tracked service, then share the tracking number with us.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or not as described, in which case we cover it. Original shipping costs are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the item, we will email you the result. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take longer to post the refund.
Faulty items and 30-day warranty
If the watch module malfunctions within 30 days of delivery, we will repair, replace or refund it. Damage from impact, water exposure, misuse or normal wear is not covered. Vintage models should be treated as splash-resistant only.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can fix it.
Buy 1, get 1 free offers
If you return the paid watch from a “Buy 1, get 1 free” order, the free watch must also be returned. If it is not, its regular price may be deducted from your refund.
EU and UK customers
Consumers in the EU and UK may also cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, as well as benefit from any other legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.
