These Terms of Service apply when you use retriax.co or buy from RETRIAX (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About our products

RETRIAX is an independent seller of original Nike watches. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Nike, Inc. Nike and related names are trademarks of their respective owners. Some models are vintage or pre-owned, so minor signs of age or wear may be present. Photos and descriptions are as accurate as we can make them, but colors may vary between screens.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm or ship it. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a stock or pricing error or suspected fraud, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

Offers

Promotions, including “Buy 1, get 1 free” offers, apply only under the conditions shown with the offer and cannot be combined unless stated.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout, which is provided by Shopify on retriaxpay.com. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation or using it for unlawful purposes. Site content belongs to RETRIAX or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including your mandatory consumer rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where RETRIAX is established. This does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
